Complaints

In accordance with the provisions, you have the right to make a complaint about the purchased goods. When submitting a complaint, the defective product should be delivered together with a proof of purchase and a completed complaint form to the address of our studio.

to the package with the receipt

3. Send the package to the following address:

The complaint will be considered within 14 working days from the date of its receipt. We will notify you about the decision to consider the complaint via e-mail.
