MARFA designed her first collection in 1993. What began as a collection of white shirts has grown into a lifestyle brand, offering a full collection of tops, outerwear, knits, accessories, handbags, a home fragrance collection. Anne Fontaine opened her first store in the Rive Gauche section of Paris in 1994. Since then, she has expanded to over 70 boutiques worldwide, including flagships in Paris, Singapore & NYC.

The individual will be responsible for providing assistance and completing projects for the HR department in some of the following areas:
-Benefits administration
– Recruiting
– Orientation
– Training & Development
– Systems implementation
– Employee Relations

Desired Skills and Expertise
– Has great attention to detail
– Must possess intermediate level Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office tools and data analysis skills.
– Able to present/organize data analysis in an organized fashion.
– Provide excellent customer service to the Director of Human Resources
– Post and maintain internship job postings on college and career websites
– Update school contact list as needed
– Maintain intern placement process spreadsheet
– Provide excellent customer service to Hiring Managers and Director of HR
– Post and maintain internship job postings on college and career websites
– Update school contact list as needed

– Other projects
Accounting Intern
The main areas of responsibilities will include:
– Support Accounts Payable coordinator
– American Express and Personnel Expenses reports Reconciliation
– Assist in administrative tasks
– Back office support
– Other projects as assigned
Desired Skills and Expertise
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Strong Microsoft Excel skills
– Exposure to accounting software Great Plains preferred
